LASERBAK is PINBAK’s specialised fibre laser cutting division, focused on projects that require maximum precision, repeatability and reliability from the very first manufacturing stage.
We operate advanced laser cutting technology capable of processing a wide range of thicknesses and geometries, ensuring clean edges and tight tolerances in both single parts and production series.
As part of PINBAK’s production ecosystem, laser cutting is not an isolated process but an integrated starting point within a complete industrial workflow: cutting, bending, welding, painting and final assembly.
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
Integrated industrial processes
At LASERBAK, we offer a combination of industrial processes focused on precise and efficient metal transformation. From the initial cut through to painting, each stage is designed to integrate seamlessly with the rest of PINBAK’s production process.
We perform high-precision fibre laser cutting in thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 20 mm, ensuring accurate geometries, clean edges and excellent repeatability, both for single parts and series production.
We operate press brakes for the forming of metal parts, adapting to different geometries and production requirements, with particular attention to dimensional accuracy and final quality.
We carry out TIG, MIG and MAG welding for metal assemblies and components, fully integrated into the production workflow, ensuring structural strength and reliability in every joint.
We operate our own large-scale powder coating booth (3 m long × 3 m high × 2 m wide), allowing us to apply durable and uniform coatings to large-format parts.
In addition, we offer liquid painting as an alternative when required by the project, completing a range of finishes designed to protect, enhance and extend the service life of metal components.
