We manufacture samples to validate the part before series production.

We operate from facilities covering a total of 11,000 m², with 6,300 m² of built area, equipped with advanced technology and integrated processes. We work with top-tier industrial machinery to ensure precision, repeatability and quality at every stage, incorporating TIG, MIG and MAG welding processes with certified personnel, as well as all the necessary resources for accurate and reliable final assembly.
Laser cutting and punching
We operate one punching machine equipped with a 3,000 × 1,500 mm table, as well as two fibre laser cutting machines, also equipped with 3,000 × 1,500 mm tables. These systems are capable of processing a wide range of materials and thicknesses with high precision and repeatability.

Bending and machining
We have two press brakes of up to 3,000 mm, as well as additional press brakes of 1,250 mm and 1,000 mm, allowing us to adapt precisely to parts of different dimensions and requirements. The process is completed with a machining centre featuring a 1,000 × 550 mm table, suitable for work requiring high precision and technical demands.
